TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services offered by Urlinks Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ: 42.937.495/0001-20), herein represented by the trade name “bt bot”, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, including, but not limited to, the development, provision and support of bots based on artificial intelligence ("Service"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
"User": Any person or entity that uses the Company's services.
"Bots": Automated systems developed by the Company that use artificial intelligence for interaction and data processing.
"User Data": Any information provided or collected during your use of the Services.
"Account": The User's individual registration for access to the Service.
"Content": Any information, data, text, image or other material shared by the User when using the Service.
Use of Services
3.1. The User must be at least 18 years old or obtain the consent of a legal guardian to use the services.
3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of his/her Account and access credentials.
3.3. The use of bots must be carried out in compliance with applicable local, national and international laws.
3.4. It is prohibited to use bots for illegal, fraudulent, offensive, deceptive activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if it identifies inappropriate use.
Privacy and Data Protection
4.1. The Company collects and processes User Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.2. User data is protected in accordance with global data protection standards, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
4.3. The User may request the deletion or modification of their personal data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.4. The Company may use anonymized data for the purpose of continuous improvement of the bots and the services provided.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Company is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of bots.
5.2. Bots are provided "as is" with no warranties of continued functionality, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for the misuse of bots by third parties or for failures resulting from third-party infrastructure, including internet providers and data hosting.
Intellectual Property
6.1. All rights to the bots, including code, design and technology used, belong to the Company.
6.2. The User may not modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the bots without prior authorization from the Company.
6.3. The User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any feedback, suggestions or ideas shared for the purpose of improving the services.
Changes to Terms
7.1. The Company may modify these Terms at any time with adequate prior notice through official channels.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and in accordance with applicable global regulations.
8.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the city of Rio de Janeiro, unless there is another specific provision in law for users from different jurisdictions.
Conflict Resolution
9.1. In the event of disputes, the parties must seek an amicable solution before resorting to legal measures.
9.2. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable international rules.
